1. Prepare
Place a sheet of paper on the floor against a wall. Stand on the paper with your heel against the wall.
2. Mark
Mark the longest part of your foot, usually the big toe, on the paper with a pen.
3. Measure
Measure from the edge of the paper at the heel to your mark, in centimetres. That number is your foot length.

We grew up watching our parents come home from long shifts with sore feet, and wanted supportive footwear that doesn't look clinical. Dr Arch's is NZ owned and built for Australia and New Zealand.

No. The suede is soft and the footbed is shaped, so they’re comfortable from the first wear.
Yes. Suede breathes and the open back lets air in, so they’re easy to wear barefoot on a warm day.
A quick brush lifts the nap, and a damp cloth takes care of marks. Keep them out of heavy rain.
You have 30 days from delivery. If they're not right, we'll swap them, give you store credit, or refund you.
Refunds are for pairs in brand new condition (trying them on indoors is fine), requested within 30 days of delivery. You pay to post the pair back, so use a tracked service and keep the receipt. Pairs that aren't in brand new condition can't be refunded.
